After a false start with another Bristol-based mac repair person who seemed a bit rude and disorganised, I was so relieved to speak to a mac technician who was clearly competent and knowledgeable.I found myself really stuck as my laptop gave in on Friday lunchtime and I had to have it working by Monday.

I was asked to text over the model details after a brief phone chat and then was offered a speedy service on it the next day on Saturday morning.

I have been really impressed by the diligence of the technician who serviced it – he updated me on what was found and repaired.

Saty helped me when Apple support could not. I have an iMac that over time runs progressively more slowly. Calls to Apple support have provided temporary small improvements and then after a few months everything slows down again.

In the midst of Covid 19 a call to Saty gave me free advice over the phone and an unsolicited call from them to check on progress. With no improvement, Saty diagnosed a fault with the HDD and so I delivered the computer to them for repair.

They switched the HDD for an SSD and delivered the computer back to my home within 24 hours.

Throughout the process he was helpful, supportive and professional in the extreme.I have no hesitation in recommending him and consider his service to be OUTSTANDING.
